Alrighty Newman, just paid for the weekend camp fees. Will just pay for a day pass to get in to see the animals on display inside the circus. I am mostly interested in meeting up with old friends, new faces and such in the camp areas.

To any and all FL. numbskulls, if you want to ride up on Wednesday night PM me... we plan to arrive and help Rick and Co. with setup on Thursday mid-day.

Also we'll probably leave on Saturday afternoon to hit some of the TEtS trails in Alabama and then down into Apalachicola NF. Home in Orlando on Wednesday 6.5 days on the road if you can swing it.

It's looking like there will be at least eight Solaros trucks at the Expo East.
Most of us will be arriving on Thursday.

Sounds like a good showing! I have been reading (on expo) about lack of "camp fires" being allowed on site. There will be a couple of "community fires" but none allowed for smaller groups....except for self contained gas type (camp fire in a can) deals. I have a call in to one of my distributors for a lp unit to bring along. Now all we need is gas.

Damn, I recently gutted a washing machine for the drum too. We used one at Conclave last year and it was a hit (except the smoke kept following Robert Davis around the camp). It keeps a fire well contained and has the added allure of all the holes glimmering like stars.

I'll see if we can fit one in but no idea yet, 2 guys in a 90 with rudimentary packing (and extra coolers).
I'd be happy to pull a small trailer if anyone has one.
We targeting Thursday arrival and are doing the full deal.

Rick, Roseann Hanson told me a few weeks ago that there are only 5 paid campers for the Rover group area, which isn't enough to reserve it. Where we at now? She's wanting you to contact her. I'm not sure what the minimum is.

Mark:
Myself and Mark Garrenton also registered as well as Uncle Douglas and a slew of others.
There has to be a disconnect somewhere because there are lots of LR folks registered.
Note that when we went through the online registration, I do not recall any mention or place to specify what group we were with.

Does it ask you for a vehicle when you register?

I guess my question is how can they track how many Rovers have registered ? If its by the discount code then many of us registered prior to Ricks advice of the discount code. The registration page doesn't ask what you are driving, I don't recall if the camping page did.

Here is the email response from the organizers (I just emailed them

Hi Craig,

Thanks for your interest! No need to let us know. The site designation will be arranged on-site when you arrive. So far there are about 13 others I see registered.

Cheers,

Alison DeLapp
