Ok, finally got around to registering today. What's the head count on those who pre-registered and actually paid?

Sign up today or it will cost you 12 shots at a dickhead (or 9 and 3 pisses, depending on your preference).

I'm #27, got mine after coming back from vacation. I can't wait, the Series hasn't been on a trail for far too long.

Overland Rovers is in their tenth year of business as a premier source for quality Land Rover Parts. During this time they have learned the three things that Land Rover owners value above all else. Strong drink, good coffee and clever gadgets. We are happy to announce they will be bringing all three to Conclave. They have donated a Biolite Stove and 5 pounds of coffee. As for the strong drink, just find Marty any time after the sun goes down. Overland Rovers will also have spare parts and off road accessories for sale. Please take a second to send them a thank you note to overlandrovers@yahoo.com to thank them for their support and let them know if you need any parts brought to you at Conclave.

The Conclave would like to welcome Overland Journal to the ranks of our supporters. Overland Journal is the premier magazine for environmentally conscious expeditions that span the globe. Their magazine is printed on quality, heavy stock and the articles and photographs are insightful and impressive. Both their magazine and their website provide valuable information for planing all of your expeditions. They have graciously donated a subscription for our raffle and will have complementary copies of their magazine on hand. Please take a moment to contact them and thank them for their support of this event and the Land Rover community as a whole.

The Conclave Team, has decided to extend the registration ( due to numerous calls/text/emails ) till the weekend ( sunday ) before the event , meaning September 16 2012. HOWEVER, we can no longer honor the discounted rate, all registrations with payment will be effective at the regular rate of $ 65.00 + the Trail access / camping fee of your choice

Also we have negotiated Diner with the only place willing to cater to The Cove, that been said, they require a head count, pre-payment by the Friday before the event ( September 14 2012 ). The dinner cost is $ 20.00 per person; we will add on the website the option to purchase diner for you / loved ones / other tomorrow.
Please take the deadlines in consideration as we will have no control over the headcount once submitted.

Thank you and look forward to see you there.

Gustavo - maybe you could post up a menu, or some details about the dinner? I for one would like to know what the $20 will get. Just seen too many BBQ, Corn and baked beans menus at events <wink>

Exmoor has been making quality Land Rover interior and trim parts for donkeys years as they say in the UK. They offer everything from Series parts built the correct original specs to cutting edge options for Defender's and Discovery's. They are widely recognized as being the gold standard for innovation, fit and finish. Until recently those with NAS Rovers didn't have the same Exmoor options open to them that their cousins across the pond did. Exmoor USA has changed all that by making a wide variety of parts available specifically for the North American market. Exmoor has generously donated a mesh top for a NAS Defender as well as a set of their heavy duty rubber matts to the Conclave. Please take a moment to let Exmoor USA know you appreciate their support of Conclave by sending them a quick email.

Gustavo, does that mean I just register as a CoPilot? Thanks J. I don't need a ride out there, tho. I can meet up with you there.

24 on the grim reaper......

24 is an unlucky number in Cantonese culture because its pronunciation is similar to that of "easy to die". This is why hotels in China skip over number 24.

Don't wheel too hard that weekend.
