How is tent camping set up.. looks like there are 3 camping areas. Are you assigned to a specific site number or to the "general area"??

You can camp wherever you want.

We have broken it up this way to give people a campsite choices.

I'm sure person X with the family of four does not want to be camping next to someone that wants to stay up all night talk loud and...

We are proud to announce that British boneyard / Randy Williams has jumped on as a sponsor!
Yes British boneyard is owned by Randy Williams but we feel that they should be acknowledged for separate reasons
British boneyard is an excellent choice for your used and new parts needs. They have a huge indoor facility with an unbelievable amount of parts on hand and it is ever growing. They also offer mechanical service for your Rover.
Randy Williams has been a fixture at Land Rover events on the East coast for ever but most people can only recognize him by his shoes. The reason for this is because he's usually under a truck of someone he just met trying to fix it. Leaving only the crocs on his feet for you to see.
And in typical Randy Williams fashion he is donating a brand-new Warn winch. As if that was not enough, Randy and the British boneyard team will be on hand with used parts too! So if you're looking for something special this would be a great time to save on shipping.

Please remember the conclave would not be possible without the support of great vendors like British boneyard / Randy Williams

Please take the time to send a quick Email thanking them for their support to the Conclave

Beer

OK - so the most important camping/event item... BEER & SPOT....

At the last happy hour event we (Charles, Russell, Jeff, Dave and a few others) spoke about camping at the same spot. And I was nominated to get the spots "reserved" ie get up Thursday and nab a few spots with my big ass truck.

So - I plan to do that....but - how many and where -> Here is what I propose:

1. I will go up Thursday and grab as much of Camp 3 as needed (unless someone proposes a better spot)
2. All those camping there with us IF you want can put in for and I will get a Keg of beer, and some RED SOLO CUPS

- Respond via PM and let me know if you want to have a spot reserved
- In that response give a YAY if you want to partake of the keg of beer

I'll partake on the keg. We had planned to camp by the spillway for that upper lake-the one where the bathouse is.

Land Rover is going to re release the NAS Defender, theyve modified the PUMA with airbags and it will have the 5.0 from the LR4. This is what I heard from event organizers.

Yeah, the sites around that area are best.
