I have been to a few off road events at the Cove. The range has always been open, but not supported by the organizers of said events due to the liability.
If you want to motor up that way on your own, there should be no issues.

This will come as no surprise that TerraFirma has stepped up to the plate to become a major sponsor of the Conclave.
TerraFirma is one of the most popular brands in America because they continuously expand their product line of quality parts without losing their enthusiasts edge. The Land Rover community is truly lucky to have a company like TerraFirma on our side.
Like wise TerraFirma recognizes and respects the core of our community and is proud to be a part of the Conclave. Please show them the same respect and take two seconds to send a quick email to
marketing@allmakes4x4.com
Thanking them for their support of the Conclave.

Ironman 4x4 has jumped on the sponsor bandwagon for the Conclave. For those of you that do not know about Ironman 4x4, they have been a staple for off-road accessories in the Australian market for years. We are lucky that they have decided to expand into the American market. Ironman 4x4 provides everything from suspension kits, recovery gear and even cutting-edge camping equipment.
Their new swag is a must-see product and Ironman 4x4 will be on site displaying many of their new products.
Ironman 4x4 is donating recovery kits and a frezer fridge !!
Please take the time to send over a quick email to
info@camel4x4.com
Thanking them for their support of the Conclave

Ladies and Gentlemen,

We at The Conclave have done everything requested in regards to early registration availability and discounted rate, however, as of today we have over 100 registered individuals, and big percentage of those have no completed the registration ( by paying ) not allowing us to make the proper arrangements to accommodate the attendees. By the means of Food Head Count, Tent Size, etc.

We want to make sure there is no miss-perception, therefore, we are extending the DISCOUNTED early registration period until 11:59 PM September 1, 2012.

What does this mean you may ask? , SIMPLE, we will honor the discounted rate until the aforementioned date and time; after that , the rate will be the regular rate REGARDLESS if you registered 30 days ago and did not send the payment.

Thank you and look forward to see many of you there.

Thanks,
The food issue was part of the preregistration push. In order to get a food vendor to come in we need to give them a headcount.
I'm trying to get the Saturday night dinner cost down to $20 or less.

Quite possibly the oldest Land Rover accessory fabricator in America is Rovertym. Rovertym has stood the test of time and this is for good reason. When you hear the word bomb-proof associated with a bumper, only one name comes to mind: Rovertym. When you want rock crushing sliders, one word comes to mind: Rovertym.
Rovertym understands the importance of these events to the Land Rover community and has offered up a $300 gift certificate to help you get prepared for your next adventure.
Rovertym has been there for us and now it is your trun to be there for them. Please take the time to send over a quick email to
Info@rte-fab.com
Thanking them for their support of the Conclave
