That trail was gnarly as can be. Bent the pipe coming out from the muffler and lol cracked the the pipe at the flange that bolted to the flange for the muffler. Went into town the next morning to get it fixed.

Didnt know that was you in the 110 otherwise I would have introduced myself. Had it in mind that your truck was black and not the color that it is now.

Everyone in the group said that, except you and Jarek. Oh well

And vice versa! I was surprised you dragged that truck down the trail and kept up.

I was on my way down and just hit route 78 when the front left wheel decided to seperate from the D2 I was driving.
I managed to pull over to the break down lane with one hand and this is what I found.

the rotor an rim are toast but the tire is usable

William it wasn't the hill - it was the tree that you hit not once, not twice, not three times but....

Hehe...nice to see someone wheeling a 109"...and I mean wheeling one!

I just couldn't turn enough and my brakes were not happy. Hell on Saturday when I was lost in the woods up on the north end with the guys I hooked up with my hand brake was starting to get soft cause of all the stopping on the hills.

Just looked at the map and I believe this is what is referred to as "obstacle course". It's a few years old and needs some work but is a great place for practicing peer pressure!

Next year I hope we'll have either a map at scale and/or signs on the trails. Tried to run Sissi to get to Nasty and turned around as I was pretty sure I took the wrong side of a fork.

Sorry about the map but there is a reason for it. Most groups that go to the Cove have to have guided trails. That is why the map is so poor. We all know how everybody feels about guided trail rides, So we negotiated to let you guys roam free.

I heard (after the fact) that they had a little better trail maps for sale in the office for $5. I didn't mind the no maps, but would be nice to have.
