Kinda of sucks with the early cutoff date. Being a small business owner I won't know if I can attend untill midweek. Oh well.

So I failed to register in time...anyone who can't make it I will gladly pay for your spot if the event is "transferable."

It is my understanding that no one will be turned away who shows up, so bring it on!
Last minute and previously undecided attendees dribbled in over the weekend and all were able to attend.
It was difficult to get a good spot, but they were not turned away.
I am not officially connected with the event organizers, but know what happened the past 2 years.
You can track down Goose and settle up accordingly after you check in at the "front desk".

Robert,

Thanks for the help, sadly it is not the case.

We have done that year over year at the price of us not having fun or being economically affected, so this year we are firm when we said .....

no on-site registration

We have contacted those who contacted us

Thank you

This is the only rover event I am aware of with no on site registration. Thanks for helping me make my decision.

As someone that has helped with these kind of events before, that is a tough call. On site reg often means tying up people for hours, it is one of the more thankless jobs. I also appreciate that some people have schedules that make it difficult to plan too far ahead. My hat is off to anyone who takes the time to plan an event.

Agreed that baby sitting a desk is a chore that provides a ball and chain scenario.

Uhwarrie has a self service registration desk that seems to work fine.

Unregistered guests could track down Goose and pay the $90 in event fees in person.
The stickers could be an issue if you don't have them on-site... whatever it is that's what it is...
again this is your call and no one else's.

I am just glad that someone somewhere is willing to host an event where we can get to in less than 8 hours to go for the weekend, see friends, camp, wheel, and relax.

Thanks for hosting this event!

You guys have fun. I hate that I'm missing it this year but I was left with only one possible day to make it up there and even that would have to be a last minute decision so I guess I'm out.
