Are you bringing the wife with you?

Or you are just worried about getting a little chilly? That is what they make coats, gloves, hats and chemical hand warmers for

Just yanking your chain, I am a pussy when it comes to cold hence the reason I am converting my soft top to a hard top.

I may try to swing by but it all depends on what we have going on that day.

The wife is welcome, although she hasn't said if she even wanted to come. 20 degrees is tough in a no top 90...and the fact that I haven't gotten it registered and have a bs tag on it also makes it dicey.

You guys need to suck it up. I drove up to Frisco today with the side and rear windows off. The wind doesn't blow that hard when your max speed is 40mph up the pass though. Skiing til Tuesday. Can't make the get together. Rally is supposed to be in Quray (near Telluride). Not confirmed as BLM is giving push back.

Jeff why were you climbing the mountain with the windows off in January? Jesus.
Do you notice a significant power loss with the 35's going up?

I'm sure it will be......being an ex solihull VP I have heard the push for it. Leadville would be nice. Many of the vendors from Breckenridge rally prefer Leadville to Ouray. Maybe Leadville in 2 years.

Leadville would be more convenient as Ouray is a nice haul.

Leadville is so small that it had a hard time with the amount of people that the rally brings, not enough rooms / food places and such.

Problem with most places in Colorado is the distance that you have to drive to the trails

They should just do it in Moab each year

Makes sense, didn't think of the lodging/eating aspect. I am not even sure Ouray has substantially more lodging but man is that downtown area cool.

Just curious- has anyone met anyone else in person yet? If not, how are we going to find each other? The Yardhouse is big and will be packed today with the NE/Hou game starting at 2:30...

I guess we can meet in the parking lot by someones Defender. I'll be in a black F150. Any stragglers could call one of us.

ok- I park on the Macy's side vs the Cheesecake Factory side as there is lots more room there. If we miss in the lot, I will have some sort of Clemson Sweatshirt on.
