My 90 is still in 1000+ parts at the moment so we are just going to look around.

Last year there were some cool rovers and one of the series rovers had an x panda top on it that was really neat to see.

Not to mention all of the other cool cars

Admission is free and it is in a park type setting so you can do the picnic thing and there is even a play area for kids

Winters comin on; time for some drinkin. What days are good for everybody?

Friday nights are out for me until next year (in a league).

I was by the old Irish bar in Castle Rock the other day and it's been reincarnated as a Venetian Cicchetti bar.

We had a blast at the place in palmer lake. A bit out of the way but worth the drive.

Actually there are two new places that Dale built. Oskar Blues Liquids and Solids in Longmont (different menu than Lyons) And the Oskar Blues Tasting room, at the brewery in Longmont called the Tasty Weasel.

The ropes were easy; the straight jacket was a bitch.

Been working my ass off, got a big project in Pueblo, at least itís close to home.

Havenít wheeled much as Josh was playing football, but all is generally good. I have been doing some field work in the practical application of the G7 ballistic coefficient.

Simple SD/i Or M/i*D squared
At least that's what I recall

.308, 175 grain, SBT, 5 shots, 6", 800 yards, a perfect day and and an EPIC "Holy Crap!" but I'm happy to be as lucky as good any day.

Oops it was a Sierra HPBT, Federal Match stuff.

Now its back to the basement to load up some test loads for the 17 rem on an AR platform I built last weekend.

Now, where'd I put the whiskey...?

338 LM, 300 gr HPBT Match King, 975 yd, Wind 13MPH, direction 10 oclock, Temp 28deg, Light Snow 3 shot, 7inch group. I was clocking bullet velocities at 2850 ft/sec.

Just dialing in some loads, should tighten up after barrel breaks and I settle on a load.

Pretty much a perfect day out at a friends farm with a lotta luck tossed in!
17 Rem and .338LM.. we're talkin' some fun here!
Maybe instead of setting up drinking rendevous would should be setting up a shootin'/campin' trip out at the Pawnee Grasslands!
Of course in the evening we could drink too..... And eat well!
Mike is your .338 on an AR platform as well?
