Yeah, thanks for hosting Chip! It was great having the use of your garage and lift, and if course your help and expertise. You definitely have an awesome setup.

Briggs, I was probably thinking "damn I should have worn shorts, tshirt and flip flops".

Good meeting you Matt.

Charles,

Enjoyed the day, and thanks for lunch.

How did the BMW respond to the new brakes?

See you guys at the next NOVA HH

The brakes feel good. The transmission not so much. The fluid level is definitely low so I'll add some tonight. Further research indicates I should have tried to top it off with the engine running in park. Eeek.

If it's anything like a ZF, the tranny will take at least a couple extra quarts when running

The funny thing is I have a GM transmission and was following the procedure for the ZF.

It would have been nice to have figured that out yesterday, and hopefully I have not done any damage driving it low.

FU mofo. You aren't going to see this on the car fax lot anytime soon

It's all good after topping it off while running. Series wheels make nice lifting blocks.
