200TDI Torque Specs for Cylinder Head Bolts

Quick question.
I loaned my manual out and need the 200TDI torque specs and procedure for Cylinder Head Bolts.
Post here or a URL would be appreciated... did a google, but didn't find anything precise.
Got a lot of spam results trying to sell me parts.

Love it...
First sentence reads:
This Workshop Manual Supplement is designed to assist skilled technicians in the efficient repair and
maintenance of Land Rover vehicles.

That leaves everyone out!

My manual says see section 12......Section 12 describes the 60 degree torque-60 degree re-torque method.
