I'm already saving gas money. I think I spent something like $700.00 in gas for the trip out and back last week. Looking forward to another great rally.

I really have to make it in 08... I would like to ship my truck out though. It would save time for me. If anyone else is interested in shipping we should try to set up a goup to ship them..

The NJ crowd are planning on a 2-week trip... leaving probably Saturday before the rally, heading straight there, doing the rally, then slowly make our way back home, wheelin' a few days in Colorado. Randy, if you decide not to ship it, you're more than welcome to join us. I think I'll probably be bringing my D2 though since it's more setup for long travel and has a lot more storage room.

My wife and I are looking at shiping her truck out for it. But we will be shiping it into Reno at the end of august and then driving down.

ARE the hotels that were recommended for the 2007 ralley the same ones that would be good for the 2008 ralley. I assume the 2008 rally is in the same place?

Thanks, Flagg

Let me know how much it costs.......I bet is is cheeper then Gas. Maybe your truck carrier could stop thru MD, pick mine up, and we could split the cost? I am not sure I am going yet..........but maybe. Can you imagine a train full of D-90s heading west!

Flagg.......
