Randy, have you seen this? http://www.transportreviews.com/

You could post a wanted on craigslist. I'm sure there are plenty of bonded/insured haulers in your area looking for some work.

I am planning on driving my LR3 out to this event. Anyone from the VT/MA/NY/NJ area thinking of doing the same ? I'm hopefully going to have it shipped BACK.

I just received word that my company will finally not have its national sales meeting when there is a big rally. Of course I will need to go to Moab to attend that rally though...At least thats the guilt trip that I gave my wife. Nice.

Jimmy, I wish I could drive out and/or back. You lucky dog. Oh well, can you point me in the right direction to reserve a round trip ticket on that rig?

I was hoping to do a hybrid of condo/hotel and camping. Are there any good excursions that offers a night or two of camping? or do all roads lead back to town? I've never been to Moab and any ideas would be much appreciated.

The guided trails always come back to town but there is no end to where you can camp around the Moab area. From all your usual amentities to primitive camping under the stars.

got our house booked... we're renting a pimp house near Moab Golf Course, about a mile from the Rally meeting point at Spanish Valley.. myself and Dan (ini88 on here), also Eric Choy, Jarek Maras and Cristina Calado ... some of you may know them, theyve been at Winter Romp, MAR, etc..

Heading out from NJ on Sept 13th, hoping to get there monday or tuesday, wheel Utah for about a week, then hit colorado, etc.. for the next week.. should be good times.

Nah D2... 31 hours of driving in my d90 just wouldn't be very comfortable... I know it's possible, but I'd rather take the D2 for comfort and since it's more hooked up currently.
