Zinc Plated Wheel Nut

I'm looking for a source for this style of lug nut for steel wheels in the US. Searched the usual suspects but can't find someone here that sells or carries them.
Anyone have a couple of these they would like to sell or know of a US source? If not, I will have to order from the UK, which takes forever and almost not worth it for just the one I need plus a few spares for future.

Thanks in advance

Bump. Anyone have? Might buy a set of standard ones instead but holding out a little longer just in case.

What Vehicle???????????????????

How about specifying which Land Rover this smallish picture matches.
That looks like a Late Series II - Early IIA lug nut, but who can be sure from the picture?

Looks like these are for almost all type of older rover steel wheels.

Here is the best picture I had on my iPad at the moment of the blue turtle's left rear foot ;-)
