WTB: Trailer Plug Adapter

Hey all,

Looking for a 12N 7-pin trailer plug adapter so I can use a standard 4-pin connector on my Defender. Anyone have one lying around?

Thanks!

It's more than a plug.
You'll need an electrical device that combines the brake and flasher for the 4 pin.

Thanks for the reply, what should I be searching for when looking for this? Would it be more practical / more convenient in the long run to convert my trailer wiring to use a different connector?

My defender still has the bullet type collectors and I just bought a genetic converter at Pep-boys and put bullets on it. Connected everything behind the right rear panel. Was relatively cheap and clean.

You probably mean a 5 way which has 4 male and 1 female connections.
You'll be able to make your own harness.
You'll need something like the Sierra Tail Light Connector, Sierra Part #TC43504.
Then research sites like this one:
