WTB: td5 style steering wheel

Was looking for a TD5 style wheel. I've been trolling flea-bay to no avail. Anyone??

I have one that is basically new. $125 plus your NAS steering wheel.

It was new and has sat installed on a truck in a garage for over a year. The only flaw is a slight nick on the oval from removing it to install it.

I can email you a pic this weekend. I have to get a few other pics out. PM me your email address.

Ron

I don't think that style wheel will go on a NAS steering column. On TD5's at least I know that the "aluminum u-joint" steering column has a different spline count at the end than does the NAS-style collapsible steering column.

It is currently mounted to an NAS 110 steering column.

I would consider that to be pretty definitive evidence that it will work, so in that case, it should be noted that not all wheels that look like that are a direct swap. i.e. when you order something cheap off ebay UK and it doesn't fit, don't be surprised.

What is the cross over years where those wheels will and will not work?

I have new Td5 and ROW wheels from 2004-2007 here and they have a different spline count than the NAS 110s and will not fit the NAS cars, unless you swap out the column inerds.
What year had the same spline count as the NAS Defenders? or are people just cramming these and and tightening the nut??

I can't make them fit NAS cars so we have a number of them so $50 takes one if you want it.

Ron, if that wheel is on the column of the parts 110 we sold you... that 110 has a newer column installed.

I do not check PMs. Call or email if you need something.

ECR is not a parts source. We are not in the mail order business.

I was just being conciliatory, I figured it was more likely that Ron had a different column than there were really 2 different wheels. I just didn't want to assume I knew everything.

Some TD5 trucks have the NAS style wheel (large center boss). These are sometimes leather covered. I have one in my truck off a G4.

Follow-up Post:

Buy the whole steering column from Ron. Its certainly a nicer looking piece in the engine bay.

Oh, well, never mind. It is a nice wheel though.
