Look in the Defender Cooling System section on the RDS website. Is that what you're referring too?

The hole in the back of the plenum is circular - and there is a foam gasket required to join them.

Oh, cool. I only want the AC system as a demonstrator to study and try to make a decent guide to fixing it - I hope you're not wanting big bugs for it...

I'd consider it my payment for all the advice from the site, you could just pay the shipping to Russia!

Ha ha! I'm back in the US right now - not too far from you! I'll try to find some nice parts for you in trade.

Not to high-jack too much... Jim did you bring the POE back or sell it off in Russia?

The POE got shipped home, "Yeastie" will be here in a bit. I think she's already got a buyer...

I'd love to meet you Tom - most any weekend is fine.

That goes for anyone else as well - maybe we should have a NY-area Rover pow-wow sometime this fall.

there is a white/grey plastic collar that makes the transition between the heater box flange and the black tube/plenum. Make sure you get that as well, its not just a piece of foam.
