WTB New 1994 Defender Seat Box Trim Mat or Cover

I am searching for a new seat box mat/trim piece for me 1994 D-90. Mine is shot- tearing at the corners so I've started the removal process.

I understand that I can get the TD5 seat box cover or the elusive Wright acoustic mat system but I'd really like to see if I can get the standard Land Rover part. It's not carpet

Anyone have a source or perhaps has one of these lying around?

Please Help!

Thanks,
Tim

How much do these things retail for? Or are they unobtainable?

Badger makes them, at least the newer style w/o the fold over side flaps. The LR original are not easy to find.

Hmmm...somewhere along the way I thought I saw these, they weren't very expensive at all. Maybe Josh can do some research and find the source.

---edit----

what's Dale's price?

Let me know if anyone finds the 1994 version. I need this...actually, my seatbox needs it. None of the normal suppliers have it.

Just for reference, I think these have been for sale on the board for like $55-$65 before. I think it was this part #: AWR2247PMA which I think is for the 95-97s (97s for sure). I'm just guessing that the prices you've been quoted so far are way inflated from that price which wasn't that long ago.

Just FYI, that piece is a POS piece of vinyl with some shitty foam backing. You may just want to get the Td5 piece as I think it's much nicer and durable.

In my opinion, the only pieces on the NAS trucks that are worth any money are the Safari Cage pieces. There is no way these trim pieces should command anything higher than what they were selling for a few months ago, especially since they are non-functional.

TD5 set up is a nice choice. I liked it in my 110.

as Kelly said, OEM is king IF doing exact restos -regardless of brand/model. Most every newer part is better, or it wouldn't have been changed(except cost cutting of course, or regs). As the pieces keep getting NLA, the cost of restorations continues to climb, and on the coat tails, so do NAS values. Nothing new here, just now in our arena...
