Get someone nearby to check it out and be careful about posting what you're looking to buy. Most everyone is honest on here, but when it comes to finding a bargain, the "mother fucker" starts coming out in people.

Sad but true. My cousin owns a 97 D90 and is 15 minutes from there if its legit and in the town listed.

Why does it have scam written all over it? not like its 15k

Dude this one looks way cleaner than that one and I know it's been for sale for awhile now ... http://boulder.craigslist.org/cto/4505882938.html
I contacted this guy when it was for sale a couple months ago. He emailed back saying current "bid" was higher than his advertised price (it was $28k advertised IIRC). Similar to that 110 from Idaho last year. He starts low hoping for a bidding war. And he emailed telling me it had been sold and mentioned it sold for high 30's I think. Don't know what is going on with this one...

It's been posted for months. Same pics, similar price, bad seller.

I would have someone check it out extensively and determine how much work it will need.

Everyone on here will tell you that there is a big difference between what needs to be done and what it will cost to get someone to do it. I know my mechanical limitations. I just have to be reminded every now and then.

If it checks out and it looks like a bargain, jump! If you want to get it for advertised price, then I would suggest you show up with cold, hard cash! Mr. Franklin has a way of closing deals when he is present.

I missed out on a 94 and 95 that were going for $30k for both of them together when I was in Afghanistan.

Sometimes you miss out on a deal and there is nothing you can do about it! Just stay persistent and use this forum.

Are you talking about the black and white pair that were for sale here years ago?

Here's a possible option for you. She's at an insurance auction, and from the looks of it, in need of a little TLC.....
