WTB: NAS 90 Soft Top 5 speed

Looking for a NAS 90 soft top, 1994 or 1995. Rough, shagged and beat is OK.
My kid is growing up and its time to start on a project for him to drive when he gets his license. I'm not looking for a high dollar 90, I'm looking for a project. No salvage titles please.

Email me: info@eastcoastrover.com

Many thanks,
Mike, ECR

Mike,

Whatever happened to you guys building fully custom 90s and offering them for sale? I remember you did a willow green with a 2.8 but it seems to be gone from facebook.

Seems like there's not much of anything NAS for under $40k now. Occasionally there'd be a total mess or salvage for under $20k but I haven't seen one for a couple years.

We still do them all the time.
We are just are so backlogged that they are all done to customer order now.
We don't have any time to spec. build them.

I'm in the process of trying to get the web site back up to date (been using Facebook instead). That Willow Green 2.8 will go up on the site.

I rather have it be NAS due to the investment he and I would be putting in.

The trail rig we had was a NAS 90 as well. It got sold when I got an offer I could not refuse.

True, but for this one (because it might get resold later) I want a clean title.

Thanks for the link.
Looking for something worse than that. It will get a galvanized frame so it will stand up to Maine winters, so I am looking for a real ratty one or a project that was given up on, something like that.

BaT has a red 90... but there is most likely a reserve north of 45k.

Thanks, just saw that one.
Too nice for what I am going to do to it.

I need one that just came off Nantucket and is about to break in half.

I know of a tucked away 94, non-runner, rust bucket on Nantucket. I spoke to the owner a year ago, and he wanted 20k. Clean title. I do not have his contact info, but it was off of Fairgrounds on or behind Trotters. I will be back in a few weeks, but someone else may be on island now. I have not seen it of late.

All I can say is that is one lucky kid. Indispensable memories with Dad, AND and awesome ride when he starts driving..

I've thought of doing something similar for/with my daughter. But I don't have the skills to make such a project happen. Lucky Kid..

Lucky kid... smart dad. It would not look so good if ECR's owner's kid was driving a Jeep. In away it's advertising so it should be a write off too!

Good luck with your search.

This sounds exactly like my D90.... only I'm not sure I want to part with it until I can figure out if my 130 aspirations are even close to a reality... I always need a D in my life.
