WTB: Land Rover Series 3

Hi everyone,

I have a friend looking for a series 3. The specs are fairly wide but he would like a mechanically and structurally sound truck that can be driven as is and cosmetic additions, upgrades etc can be added as time permits. He wants it to be as original as possible. Budget is around $15k. Thought I would reach out here and see what the community has available. Please shoot me a PM if you have something you'd like to potentially sell.

Thanks-
devin

Check out the green 109 on Bring a Trailer. It is awesome!

He's looking for original setup so a chevy motor probably won't work and my guess is that truck will sell for more than his budget.

I still don't get that with bring a trailer. Is there a way to tell if there is a reserve or not?

This guy has had this rig fs in a series of price cuts for forever, so he might go down to your price...silver paint was change-color job from stock red, claims it's a NADA. I'd sure wanna see it if I was looking for a 88...

Steel dome-head rivets in the tub side and front turn signal location does confirm it's a NADA 88, but one could always check the vin with LR-FAQ to be certain.
