No garage for her yet. I had tried finding one to fit her, and the only ones that would were uptown. One came up that was perfect and close and 1.5 spots, but the realtor for it sucked. She sits with a surrey, drop curtain, and tonneau. No one messes with it except for occassional trash thrown inside if the drop is out. The other two defender guys from Hoboken live way uptown and park them up there.

OK went to go put a note on it this morning and check it out once more before heading to work. Now I'm convinced it's actually the ignition module that just took a few days to crap out. First I wasn't getting 1 and 2, but was getting 3. This morning, no response 1, 2, or 3, except for door chime. Took the key out and tried turning the key once more, and it spun freely all the way through. Sourcing that now, and with any luck the silver relays and ECU I just bought will be spares.

Well, it appears to have been the ignition switch. I would post pics, but shrinkpictures is down right now for some reason.

Took the dash apart and got into it. It appears that with the crazy heat we had, the glue in the ignition switch went soft and when I turned the key, it separated the ignition switch into two pieces. Got a new one in the mail today after ordering yesterday

(bought the bottom one)

and now while trying to get this resolved, I've realized that the metal part of the ignition switch does NOT want to come out of the key lock (even after I took that little tiny screw out). Need some tiny needle nose pliers to hopefully get what's left of the old ignition switch out of there!

Follow-up:

Forgot I took some crappy pics with my phone.
