WTB: D90 Heater Fan Lever Bulb & Socket

While trying to replace a blown out heater fan bulb behind the instrument panel it broke in the socket and now I can't get the remaining bits out. Anyone have any spares lying around? I did a search on the net but couldn't find anything this granular. Pics attached.

I looked in my RRC before I sold it (1988) and I didn't see that size. I could be wrong or my model didn't have that version... I'll look at my Pull n pay place and check out others. Just want something close--gorilla tape is my current solution...

I thought it was the same bulb holder that the RRC uses down in the HVAC panel.
I could be wrong... it happened before. Once.
