Tom- did you ever find a source? I and looking for a few of these. I have one now. Maybe group milled buy......just thinkin out loud. Sure would compliment the new "vent covers"!!!

I have not found one yet, I have had no luck trying to contact Dirtroads either

Since changing out the vent covers, my once solid left wing vent cover is now open. Great for the enhanced airflow, bad for snow. It is coated inside, but.......

Yes. There are pictures on the "for sale parts" page. They are not identical but similar design.

And yes I am also working on making the military snow covers too. Just not sure what the interest is in these.

I have the plastic one from rovers north, it does work when your moving, helps alot, vents get so hot you can barely touch them.

My only input here is that most of these I see have a restrictive opening. The stock heater intake is around 12 square inches and you should try and keep this thing in that ballpark.
