I bought mine for Northeast British. They are great looking and have a slight bend around the outside that really follow the lines of the wings perfectly. I was very satisfied.

Make sure they are powder coated not anodized, anodized turns purple after a few years. But who's to say, you might like the purple

Everyone down! Thread hi-jack!!!

I was interested in painting mine black. i was going to powder coat them, but then thought why not Rhino Line them? would a Rhino Line job look like crap, or not work out well?

Talk to the Rhino Liners or Line-x guys. The guys at Line-x have the ability to alter the texture, rougher or smoother, your choice. You might want to get a scrap piece of the same metal and have them line-x it for you to compare.

I think LineX would look fine.
I have a set of new Genuine black wing top protectors that a customer gave to me to sell for him. He'd like $200. They are NIB but the hardware kit is missing.

Another option is to anodize them which gives them a similar color to the Fender Flares plus it is a lot more durable. If you would like a photo let me know.
