Chris, there are ways around this. A simple one is to collect info about the vehicle they want to put it on, and make the order not take payment (or at least not commit the transaction, but you could still collect payment info). You can then get a notification, verify it's correct, and then call the customer to complete if needed. This should cut out a lot of manual work. Along with more pictures of items for sale, I assume this would allow people to place orders for the right parts, and limit the amount time you have to spend on the sale.

I always ask the customers what they have on the vehicle and then ask about hardware. It's easier to get it right the first time. You would think that it would be easy, but there is always something that they didn't know they needed.

Chris, my simple comment was to just add pics of some of your smaller items, not outsource your entire business to India, ssheesh. Is Compton considered "West Side" or East Side"?

Wow, I've never seen that bracket - maybe it was an early 94 thing? It clearly looks like the horizontal snap-rail used from 95+ would interfere with it, and I thought Tickfords also had such a rail that went between the cage and the windshield.

Interesting...I got it from the 97 NAS Soft Top installation guide. It says you are supposed to remove the bar before installing the soft top. I can post a link to the PDF if anyone is interested.

My ROW header bar arrived today (Thanks Stephen!).

I think this will do perfectly for Janey (when I finally get the top off...)

I spent some time this weekend updating the website and have added photos of the hardware. You can find them on the Canvas accessories page.

I am having issues with the Explorer web browser that I am looking into. It works perfect on firefox or any Netscape browser.
