Hi Nick-

It would depend on which bumper you have coming if I have one you can use or not.

I have a spare, new & unused Superwinch EPi9.0 that I was thinking about unloading, as I'm not sure I'll be able to use it. I bought two of these about three years ago, and have the other one mounted on my '97's Rockware bumper. I've (back)ordered an ARB for my '94, but the ARB bumpers can only fit a non-integrated solenoid controller-style winch, and this one has the integrated solenoid. (i.e. a solid bridge across the top containing the solenoid assembly). The only reason I haven't sold it to date is that If the new cool ECR/SafariGard-ish ones show soon and don't break the bank, I'd considered one of those. I also thought about getting another RockWare, and both of those can use this type of winch.

The winch is unused and has been kept in the box, but it does have a minor dent in the bridge cover. While transferring two years ago from FL to VA, the movers contracted by the Navy somehow bonked it and also damaged one of the cast vertical side pieces and the clutch cover. I ordered replacement parts from Superwinch and swapped them out, but replacing the bridge cover wasn't worth the cost. It'll be unnoticeable once mounted.

It has the new wire cable with it and all packaging, manuals, mounting info, handcontroller, snatchblock, roller fairlead, etc. as when purchased. The cable has been removed, as I took it off while fixing the side piece, and it's easier to reinstall once mounted on the truck, so I hadn't reinstalled it yet.

Amazon, Summit, etc all sell them, and they usually run $500-750, depending on who's trying to gouge you. I was thinking of selling it for around $350 plus shipping. Finding someone who actually wants it and can use it would push me off the fence about which bumper I'll end up with. If you're interested, I'll get a few photos of it for you later today. Info links below.

Have a good day.
Murph

Dont want to mess up an offer to sell if you want to get rid of it but even though ARBs say they won't fit an integrated winch, some do fit. Have a Warn XD9000i on mine. Hard to tell in the photo but it fits like a glove with 1/2" to spare between the grill and the top of the winch. Depends on the 'height' of the winch I guess.

Thanks for the assist, Ian!

I'll take some measurements and compare the listed height of the XDi to the Superwinch I keep tripping over. It would be cool if I can make it work and not have to buy another winch for whatever bumper I eventually end up with.

I'll let both of you guys know what I find out.

Murph,

I found a great deal on a Mile Marker so I went that route. Appreciate the offer and hope that Ian helped you with your fitment.

Just did some measuring. My XD is about 9-13/16" high along the back side where its tallest. The distance from the inside front face of the ARB to the Grill is about 10-3/16". Thats on an 97 which has the trans cooler grill though so not sure if its the same on your 94.

Thanks again, Ian.

Yep, based on what I found out, the Superwinch I've got is slightly shorter than your Warn, and I now expect that I can make it fit on an ARB or whatever bumper I actually end up with.

Thanks for your interest too, Jay, but after Ian's help, I'm going to wait out a bumper showing up and see if I can make this winch work. I like the one like it I have on my other truck. I should know something in a couple of weeks, and if I do end up wanting to sell it after all, I'll get back in touch and see if you're still interested.

I actually ordered the ARB about a month ago, but with holiday shipping delays, etc, it wasn't going to make it here to me until I'd left town for a bit test-flying an aircraft in FL, so I had to cancel/postpone the order. I told the vendor that I'd contact them when I got back and knew I'd be around for a bit, and hopefully that'll be in a week or two. That's my plan unless ECR gets they're new ones happening first.

Thanks again.
