We can do a great deal then - I have a system minus the compressor. I cant speak to the condition of the condensor (the "radiator" part right) because a fitting got twisted on removal. Not broken, but slightly twisted.

So anyway, I have the complete underdash, wiring, etc. If you are interested we can work out a deal and probably meet to avoid any shipping at all.

I recently pulled a good compressor off a wrecked TDi 110. It was in excellent shape, still held it's freon and oil as I loosened the lines. Interested?

No, this message was for DrAaron, he needed a compressor, right? A compressor was what he lacked. Did you get a compressor in that deal? If not, and you still need one, I have one. Let me know if you're interested. Thanks

Sorry Brian the stuff from Jim arrived today, in absolute perfect fashion. The compressor off the tdi is different, I have a compressor off a serpentine, and actually now I think I need to snag one off a vbelt. so if you have one off a vbelt I would be interested.

I think Ron Brown (evilfij) might be able to verify whether older rangie or disco compressors and brackets will fit.

Glad to hear the stuff arrived in order.

Aaron, I have the mount for the vbelt compressor if needed. I am pretty sure the compressor for the vbelts and the serp belts are different.

RRC should fit. I would look for 94 or 93 but I guess 87-94 should work. Get EVERYTHING, bolts brackets etc. That stuff is spendy form the dealer.

Not sure what would be required to use R134 but I am fairly certain Atlantic British just sells some o-rings to make it work, which I don't think are necessary for the compressor so it should just bolt in.

Ron
