Wanted: Vin >LA Cranked Front Arms 3*

Title pretty much says it, but to be crystal-

Wanted:

3 Degree front cranked radius arms for a 94 & Newer Defender. QT/Terrafirma/RTE.
Condition isn't hugely important, but ideally little rust.

Full disclosure, I am not making money on this deal, it is not going through the company I work for, it is for a friend.

Actually, he can't

Also as a note, RTE is no longer an option.

Why can't L8 supply, or why are RTEs out of the picture?

That was not a yes or no question... it was one or the other

Justin can't supply because QT and TF are backordered, and RTE is out of the picture because they're just reworked stock arms, which is not what he is interested in.

I have a set of nearly new TF'S kicking about. Is it something that can be replaced when they come off back order, or are you just looking to buy a set?

This deal would be done directly with the person, not through me. He needs a set to install and run for a few events coming up.

Cranked and plated stock arms, yes. I'd put my money on my RTE arms over QT/TF any day.
Sounds like he's after the "Bling Factor". I'm sure RTE could paint them gold for him.

I endorse the RTE arms too. I had a head on collision with a sand dune and bent the front axle housing on a truck I had once. The RTE radius arm held up fine.

He's having whatever he gets coated anyways, it's not about how pretty it is

I'm getting RTE rear arms soon, so it's certainly not me making the decision.

Doesn't like the RTE design! Some people have preference!

That really doesn't make any sense. It's not something that you look at all the time like a bumper where aesthetics are important. If anything the RTE might be better because they alleviate the bushing bind at the frame.

I just got a pair of the Qt ones from Justin. Not sure why he "can't supply" them. Does your caller ID say Rovers North?

Like I said, I'm not buying them. If you want to call Justin for QT arms right now, he'll probably be unable to supply them to you as well.

I was about to respond, then I realized I have a set of rears for 3". I need to dig them out, but they'll be for sale.

Try Gordon at Inland Rovers in California. He might have a set
