Wanted: stock muffler and/or y-pipe

So any of you guys that are switching to the fancy Borla's, Magnaflows, and similar have a used stock muffler and/or Y-pipe you're looking to part with? I drove Galpins 90 the other weekend and was amazed at how quiet it was...

This is going on the 90 trail rig, so the cheaper the better .

I went to magnaflow because my muffler looked like it was made of papier machete, with the coupler breaking off as the first thing to go.

I'm going to try to get over to Rob Bass' shop on Sunday. I'll see if there are any Y pipes over there. He usually cuts out the cats and throws the rest away since he can get some pretty good money for them.

Thanks Bill!

Actually....a y-pipe with no cats is EXACTLY what I'm looking for!

Ok, so I think I've got a lead on a Y-pipe locally (via Kent)...and I'm covered with the tailpipe. So...all I need is a stock muffler (like the below). Surely *someone* that changed to Borla or Magnaflow must have their old one sitting around?

Bump on this...looking for an old-take-off NAS Defender muffler (WCE104000) that someone may have taken off when upgrading to a Borla/Magnaflow/NRP/etc.

Dale:

Thanks for the offer, from the pic it *looks* like the top one may have had some mods done to it...possibly the flange cut and tailpipe welded to it? I'm looking for an unmodified one so I can keep my exhaust "modular" (in the event I bash something on the trail it can be easily replaced/etc).

The search continues !
