I think that I have one, but I'm not 100% sure that it's the one that you are looking for. Let me go to my garage and look for it. I still have a few moving boxes that I haven't opened yet, but they are labeled. I'll get back to you later tonight or tomorrow.

Note the SII and SIIa metal spoke wheels are different. The SII does not have the mechanism for the cancel on the turn signal nor the horn button wiring.

I found it, but it's not identical to the one on your pic. In addition if you look closely at the pics, it's cracked in 4 different places. Not very deep, but they are there. It was removed from a IIA apx. 17 years ago.
