Rhino lined and financed and it sounds like a deal!

Not within 10 miles, but looks like a cool color.

1991 Range Rover Classic

Beautiful color for sure, curious if that is original. He has pics on Instagram, and when purchased it looks blue but pale, I assume this Clearwater blue could fade to a pale point.
Carfax has accident, and Odometer inconsistency. At one point truck was reported to have 210K miles.

Looks like I found a truck, deal is worked out, more details to come once it's in the driveway.

Nope, not going to. The fool decided to spice things up last night before I was to buy today. Truck ran well on his videos he sent few days before. But then he Got the garden hose out and decided to wash the engine. Also did some wrenching on the spark plugs, managed to brake a brake line and fluid was everywhere. Comedy of errors. He had it drug into a shop and they couldn't believe the mess and couldn't get any sign of life from coil or distributor, or fuel injectors. Beginning to think the rover gods are saying something.

Thanks for the offer, I think I'm going to go work on my new three wheeler and get some satisfaction.

Man this guy is a wreck. His dad gave him the truck and he'd be better off just setting it on fire. I'm all set with anything New Jersey for some time now.
On another note had a great time at the NYC happy hour last night. Good fellas.

I know you already took the time to come up here, but did you go to his place and saw all of this, or did he at least notify you before you went through all of that trouble?

Oh he called me last night right when I got back to my room from happy hour. Said he broke a spark plug wire and it wouldn't start. I said no big deal, see you in the morning. Got to his place around 715 am and discovered a mess. Truck has great bones being it was in FL up until few years ago.

------ Follow up post added March 11th, 2016 01:05 PM ------ Oh yea the last thing he told me he was going to get it fixed and drive it down to Richmond. I hope he has a film crew to document that journey.

That blows. So we surmised correctly that it was something beyond 'some wire just fell off'. Hope you got the Uhaul $ back.
Otherwise, good times last night. Until next time...

The stories I'll have for my kids will be book worthy. Yes refund from shipper.

Hunt goes on...I think.

Probably cheaper to scrap it than to spend time posting and replying to buyers it on here.
