Call George at RDS. He can get you a kit plus master/slave for a good price. I thinks its reasonable enough to just go with new. Plus you do not want to be replacing it sooner than later.
Hopefully when you replace your clutch you wont realize your output shaft from the r380 was almost rounded off.
