Yes please snag as many as you can. It will help fend off the inevitable exchange program.

I need to schedule a cable build session one of these days as I am out of pre-made ones.

Someone with a 14CUX disco needs to chime in to say where, but in an RRC there are at least 2 under the passenger seat for the EAS and 14CUX, and I am told they have several more, but I am not sure where.

I have brand new connectors and will have the EAS Diag cable ready by the end of the week. As soon as we are done testing I'll post the link to our website where you can order the cable or just the connector.

John that sounds great, but please note that the cable for the ECU will not work with the EAS system and visa versa.

Cable

Charles,

Having some issues with my truck. I was hoping you might still have some cables for Rovergauge. Let me know what I can do to help you put one together.

Thanks, Chip

Connectors are the only things needed to stop the supply drying up. But PM me your address and you can have one for $15 shipped (assuming Richmond VA - I just sent one to Hungary and charged $20 to cover the extra shipping).

There are several located up behind the dash on a RRC. Drop out the air conditioner and there you go, like 3 or so.

PS Unrelated sorta, do you still have that EAS cable and craptop computer?

Bill, we don't all keep spare RRCs lying around. But I do encourage you all to go out and drop the AC on your RRCs and send me the connectors. I just need the side shown in the picture above

On the EAS cable, I'd have to go look to be honest, but I am 99% sure I gave yours back to you. Mine is still broken and not having a working setup to use to test it, I never bothered to fix it. Got plenty of craptop computers though

Bump.

I offered up a cable to a guy on the Mendo list and there was a flurry of interest and I am now out of connectors and have someone waiting for a cable. Please let me know if you have any of these connectors.

last rangie I send to the crusher had some 20 or 25 sets, male and female connectors all over, seems just about any harness on the pre 95 monsters was joined by these connectors.
also I have read that rolls royce of the same vintage used said connector, so they are available by looking under rolls parts in the uk websites..

Bump. Going to get setup with RoverGauge and looking to make a cable.

Anyone who has made this in the past, does this connector seem correct: 5-Way 3mm Pin & Socket Connector ?

Yes it looks about right ... to be honest you could just jam the wires on with matchsticks to get going ... i do have some spares but i'm in the middle of packing and have no idea where they are.

Doesn't look right to me. The one on the left is the back of the female house (male pins - truck side), and the one on the right is what you need. But at least to my eyes it looks like 2,2,1 rows where we need 3,2 rows
