Want a Series III (possibly II)

Looking for a Series III somewhere along the U.S. eastern seaboard. Preferably down south of Virginia through Florida. Would also be interested in a Series II depending upon the rig.

Ready to buy a rig that is roadworthy...and I know they all need some sort of work all the time...so that is not a big concern. Would like to keep it below 8k.

Would appreciate anybody pointing in the right direction if they know or have seen anything outside of this forum.

Thanks!

Derek

109 or 88?

RHD or LHD?

There's a nice 109 RHD on the for sale section for $5.5K....

Why Series III? Do you like the crappy plastic jeep-dash?

Yes similar to Defender, BUT a far cry from the II/IIA dash. If he's set on Series, better to go '71 or before.

I agree with Jason. Get a IIA, the SIII is a hybrid between the SIIA and a D.
