I want to make a bunch, but am still looking at designs to easily mass produce them, as well as latch designs.

There is also a liability issue I need to figure out....

Wolf - include a disclaimer regarding liability - "By purchasing the units you are accepting the that these items provide no warranty or guarantee whether explicit or implied by the manufacturer". Don't call them doors and don't show a picture of them mounted on a truck.... call them something generic and don't response to this post. Maybe put it in the vendors loft - "for sale, bent pieces of metal - $___ for a side and $___ for a mirror image of the bent piece of metal.

I am sure there are a few lawyers on the forum that may have an opinion

Haa haaa lawyers not having any opinion haaa ahaaah crack myself up.. it's like accountants without a calculator haa

How about just use the stock rover hinges and latches?

The tube doors (RA) I have just used a simple plate wielded to the vertical tube section. The holes if I remember correctly were ovaled so you could move it if you had to. What held it in place was a simple spring loaded pin that goes to the interior side of the receiving latch(?).

I would still want a set. Minus the spider web center part, a diagonal tube would look much better

That door is part of a series of doors that was made by RA. Same exterior tube frame but with different "panels" if you will. There was the web, grill'ish, and just netting ones.
