Tub rear lower hold down metal strip thingy

Looking for the metal strip that holds the rear lower tub seal and keeps the load space matt in place.

Looks like it *might* be RNC828

There are two different types. One on the 1995 pictured above, and a different style on a NAS 93 110. I know this does not help you get one, but I thought I would point it out. RNC828 is the seal (which is different between the two as well).

There must be 3 diffrent styles then since I have the series type on mine that has 2 metal parts and I can not find the seal

That is why I am looking for the newer style.

Anyone know what the diffrence is between the ones Ron mentioned?

Dave looking @ the LHP26 disc and the galvy rear strip that you describe in the rear threshold is #332756
The seal is part # 332564 which is the same as series
the 7 screws that fasten it are AB606041L = #6 1/2 inch self tapping screw
This from page #714 of the parts book for 90's

Pretty sure the part number Tony posted above is a Rovers North part number not the Rover 1.

checked one of my suppliers sites:
332756 NO LONGER AVAILABLE (G)

Our Price:$18.60

Follow-up Post:

The seal I listed is for sw doors. The tailgates both side swing and drop down use seal #303975

uggh.. I am soo confued??

What does your rear lower seal and metal strip look like Doug?

When I talked to George he said that the seal I needed is no longer made and that I should switch to the new style.

I thought I found the proper seal but when it arrived it does not seems like the proper one so I was going to give up and switch to the new style despite the fact that mine are like new and have fresh galvy on them.

here is the part I purchased
http://www.lrseries.com/shop/product...OR-BOTTOM.html

I will post a pic my metal strips in a little bit.

And what is this CD you speak of? It sounds like something I need as the microcat is a PITA to use.

Dave,
LHP26 is a must have for your truck. Every bulletin, owners manual, workshop manual, parts book etc all in pdf format. It will let you print pages off so you can have them when you are working. Here is a description @ Expedition Exchange:

Land Rover Classic Parts 90, 110 & 127 (1983 to 1989) Original Technical Publications CD (LHP26)
SKU: LHP26

This disc includes all of the original parts manuals, workshop manuals, and owner's manuals for the 1983 to 1989 Land Rover 90, 110, and 127 in Adobe pdf format. An absolute must-have for the serious 90, 110, or 127 owner. PC only. Minimum system requirements: Windows 2000, Pentium III or equival...
Price: $30.00

As far as the seal goes you got the correct one for a stationwagon (its the same part # I posted) but you have now switched to a tailgate so you need the second part #303975 I listed.

Neither my LHP28 NAS Defenders or LHP33 NAS D1 CDs will let you print. Is this just my system? Is anybody else able to print pages from the Heritage CDs? I can print from both my RAVE 1 and RAVE 2 but not from the Heritage CDs??

Sorry for the hijack.

Dave, that is the style on a NAS 110 you show there. The seal gets wedged in that lip. I am trying to save my old seal to put on my fresh one too.

Ron
