TDI Starter

Need a tdi starter 200/300 are the same. Rovers North is $550 thinking that rediculous

Looks like the part number is ERR 5009, cross references to Bosch SRO 800X, Delco DRS 3084, Prestolite 35259400

Same as the 2.5 NA and 2.5 TD. All fit.

Looks like if you are willing to give up one of the mounting bolts all of the v8 starters fit as well.

Was trying to keep it somewhat correct.

I'll pursue floor plates w/Pendy. Still need the rubber to cover the tunnel and bulkhead and the drive shaft if possible.

How much for the new starter ?

Ron- are they for a lt77 4cyl ? the different tunnels/bulkhead fitting panels changed the shape of the floors. Need to return the ones that were in my truck @ MAR to the doner vehicle.

Doug

The starter is $285.00 shipped. You can have my floor boards if you pay shipping. They are fine except a few small holes where they were attached via self tapping screws. One or two per board.
