this is crazy- holding a s/t cage hostage for a RRC- I have a 2 owner LWB "93 w/ 94k on it. No show piece, but no dog either- no rips/tears/rust etc, no lights on the dash, converted to coils, green/brown, 2 owner NC truck. What's it worth- cage and ??

No Portofino red in 87... 88-90.. It will look great parked in front of your West Hollywood Happy Hour.

Good choice! My truck is Portofino Red. There's also a darker red in 1989...

Jeff

Can I see pics of your truck. Nice John will you be attending this happy hour? You know what they say about guys with lifted trucks and big tires. You might be over compensating. You might not do well at the happy hour then again you could be a power bottom.

I don't have a lot of pics because I don't normally take too many and the few I had were on a laptop that crashed. This is what I could dig up... I think if you're going to go with alloy rims, ditch the 3 spoke ones; I think they're really ugly, especially the chrome ones you guys have out in Cali!

Barry, get a 1995 SWB and pay as much as possible for it.

something like this:

http://sfbay.craigslist.org/nby/cto/1672305421.html

Or, you could buy this one:

http://nashville.craigslist.org/ctd/1666248348.html

I am tempted to buy this one myself:

Ron

Why should I pay as much as possible for it? If that is the case I might have to reprice some stuff for you

Because in things like RRCs, you should buy the nicest most well cared for one available because 5k or extra work done recently translates to about 1500 more in the asking price.

Find a no rust (should be easy in cali), no accidents, credit card maintained lowish miles one and spend 5-6k as opposed to buying one for 3k and dumping more money into it.

Lots more extras - truck is in very good condition
Its white, not red though.

WOW! Nice classic.
That back bumper is exactly what I want for my next RRC, I love the way it follows the lines and protects all the way to the wheelwell - how do I get one?

Would you consider selling the roof rack on top of the RRC?
and if so , what do you think it it will make you part with it?

Thanks
