The rubber is actually a two part item on my carrier. I can't see a part# in your diagram. Is that the NAS diagram?

Are you putting in stock holes? Or are you drilling new ones? Reason I ask is because I have a bunch where the holes are slightly off from stock. Won't matter if you are adding but won't quiet line up with stock holes.
