[QUOTE=rijosho;338866]PS - FOUND IT. Apparently it may have been a POE trim piece? Hard to believe, since the POEs were known to have basically ZERO trim pieces. Anyway, Tony had the only other one I've been able to find.

http://www.defendersource.com/forum/...ad.php?t=12775

That's the one.

I thought those cards came with the fiberglass hard tops. They show them in the catalogs.

Yep white ST but not #1253.

Truck not drilled for fiberglass hard top.

I guess I'll be repairing it.

If you do have them made I'm sure you would have lots of takers for a run of them. Also, I'm sure someone would pay a good price for your original.

Josh,

I checked the whole catalog list and it's not in there, just the fiberglass top. Must have come as a package.

I'd love one of those too.

Josh, was it the guy in Canada or Iron Goat the made the door cards? Send him the original and let him make them.

Both. Iron Goat made terrible door cards - they first released one with their name in HUGE letters then scaled back to one with like two pockets side by side or something ridiculous like that...

Backstay - The Canada guy - his stuff was great, but he decided to make the 1994 style which you could not put the map pockets into - just a space that looked like the map pocket.

If that was the case, you'd think that they'd include installation instructions as part of what came with the fiberglass hard top right? Instructions attached

I don't see that here. Parts listed do not include the rear door card.

I looked through a ton of trucks with the fiberglass tops installed, and never saw this installed with it - still confused. haha.

Didn't come with the fiberglass top. Years ago I purchased a fiberglass top from the dealer. It would look nice though.

Is your View of iron goats door card based on quality or design?

Love the old school NJ plates. Someone needs to make this card.

I believe it was an optional part from LR (like certain floor mats and other protection kit). I have seen it in catalogs (like above), but never in person. It was not fitted to any POE I saw. It did not come with a fiberglass top (sold a BUNCH of them under both part numbers). Seems like not useful for much of anything, but it does look nice.

The pocket is great. It catches the hell out of leaves!

Seriously though. I do have some experience with molding and manufacturing of plastic items and it would be pretty easy for me to have a run of these done. But the minimum run would need to be either 50 or 100 units to make it worthwhile. Not sure that there is that much interest.

That may depend a lot on the price. Any rough idea?

I think that it would be in the $150 -$200 range. The cost burden is mostly on the mold.
