Side Marker Light - 110

The drivers side rear side marker light burnt out in my 110. I pulled the bulb from the inside to see it was full of water and corroded. Does anyone have the lamp plug the bulb goes in to? I want to replace this one.

The marker lights on the 110s and early 90s were made by Trucklite. You can find them at NAPA or other fleet retailer. P/N 18050R is the LED replacement for that light.

Or $7.50 each at RDS. I think I have barry sorted as I need a lense and he needs a bulb holder.

How is the LED one? Wouldn't mind one that doesn't rot

I've been running the LED markerlights for 8ish years now. I like them. They are more expensive but are completely sealed. If you go that route remember to use good waterproof wire connections. And remember white is ground and black is power....they don't work the other way.

They are $18 and change each from Ryder truck parts. You would need bullet connectors too so figure an extra $1 for each light.

No, the light looks about the same...it's not obvious that is an LED unless you look carefully. Trucklite offers both the LED and bulb style lights and they are available from NAPA and other fleet retailers. These lights are used as marker and clearance lights on transit buses and other stuff. The NAS 110s and early 90s used these lights. Later production switched to lights like the Discos used.
