Never seen a flat deluxe. Do they come with the tire mount?

I always liked the deluxe without the tire carrier the best. Putting a tire on the bonnet is insane. My hood prop failed and I got a nice knock on the head for it. Never again!

hmmmm...I thought all deluxe had the dish. I am in VA so I think the the shipping from CA will be prohibitive Jeff.

I am unsure about the 4th hole and "drilling" anything - but will try anything to get the bonnet back on. It had a deluxe so rather than the knife edge I would prefer to put the deluxe on.

ANYONE?

The deluxe on my 1964 dormobile did not have a dish or a tire carrier (some idiot hacked it and added a tire carrier).

interesting - I guess they come all ways....my deluxe had the mount and not the dish on my 88" - the 109" is a deluxe without the dish too.

One thing they all have though is rust in one way or another!!!

Thanks guys...

Thanks Chad!

Fortunately, I just finished emailing a guy from PA this am who has one, and will bring it to the Conclave event for me in a couple of weeks.

Thanks anyway...

What do you have pedro? My frame is in pretty bad shape, and I might need one (or a source for the hat channel).

Yeah that would be awesome! If the frame is good or better than mine that would be perfect, or I can use yours for parts to patch mine.

Here is one of the worst sections of mine:

I have an entire 110 full of Series bonnets, and probably 20 or so in the warehouse of every description and all in good shape. Mostly plain with or without tire carrier and deluxe non dished. Only a couple of the full on double deluxe.

Anyone driving by for winter romp is welcome to stop by and peruse the junkyard.

new expansion complete. Not only are we the only Rover shop in Eliot Maine...now we're also the biggest.

I think it's safe to hijack since he already got a hood

So who's got what? Craig I just re-read these posts and it appears yours is the non-dish style. I need a dished deluxe.

The skin is perfect. Mine is certainly repairable, but given it's general condition it's going to be a bunch of work, just wire wheeling the rust off it all, so I am just considering my options. If Pedro's is dished, it will be worth using instead of patching mine.
