scrap bulkhead feet

I'm going to be making a jig to help locate all the series body mounts onto a RRC LWB frame, and if I can find some old scrap bulkhead feet I'd like to use them over fabbing something up - just to make sure everything fits and aligns as it should.

Anyone have any old scrap feet? Just need enough metal to be able to weld on, and have the stock bolt hole piece.

Thanks,
charles

Had some but they went to scrap last year. Why did I even post this? Good luck!

Jeff, I can get all the measurements I want from the 109 frame as well as the drawing in the green bible with all the dimensions, but as you say it's a 3 dimensional thing and by far the simplest and easiest way is to make a simple jig that locates the mounts in all 3 dimensions and then transfer them over to the other frame. I could even use my existing bulkhead feet as they will be removed but again I'll make a jig for that and want to keep it intact for that

I stretched the D90 frame to fit the 109 tub for my trailer and made a jig to keep everything aligned and it worked well, so I am confident this is a good approach. I also might not be able to fit both chassis side by side (each might be in a separate garage so this will be far easier I think).

Tom, I'll give him a try, thanks!

Brian, who is "we"? I'm going to have a lot of things to buy so will likley be putting in an order direct from the UK, but I'm happy to hear all options.

Sorry, didn't mean to be cryptic. I've not put out the shop on this forum as I am on here more as an individual than in an official capacity.

Charles, I just picked up a S-IIa bulkhead in rough shape, but all I want is the tray, and you are welcome to the rest. PM if interested, or if you have a way to get it from here to there.
