Gustavo.....I bought an M416 one off eBay (only $115) for mine. They appear to be the same size, but if you measure the drop and the size you need you can check. Might be an easy alternative.

Tom,

I talked to Jason, once he gets it , I call you. Thanks

Craig, did you put an m416 on a Sankey? The eyelets are in different places. Did you just run the rope sideways?

Goose,

Let me know early next week and I can bang another one out. You can take the grommet punch set from Jason then send it back to me.

Just showed up...and man, it's AWESOME. Just did a quick dry fit, need to mark it up and punch the grommets. But I will say Tom is "the man"!

Just finished punching the grommets. Looks pretty damn good if I do say so my damn self. Thanks again Tom...outstanding work. You'll notice in the last couple pics that I ended up doubling-up the bungee cord, which gave it a little more bite. I'm also going to get 1/2" rubber/plastic tubing and cut small sections to slide around each tie-down bungee area so it doesn't fray on the metal tie-down prong.

Bill. Please send me your dimensions (length and width). When I make the goose his I will make one. Same deal applies. I like Chardonnay but don't send any of that Texas wine.

Don't quote me...but I think he has an Adventure Trailer, not a Sankey.

Can definitely give you a hand...only issue is when - we've got a 4D ultrasound next weekend on Saturday, possibly after that depending on what time it wraps up. Sunday may be out as I *think* we have plans with friends. Then the next weekend is Conclave. We'll chat, the only thing is I don't want to hold up getting it back to Tom. Though the punching is a piece of cake and I could talk you through it, obviously since I just did it I've got it down pat!

Made one small addition to the cover, figured that at speed there may be some more tension on the perimeter bungee so picked up some 5/8" outside / 1/2" inside clear rubber tubing at Home Depot and cut it in 3" sections to fit in between the grommets, and also into 12" sections at the corners. Figured this would avoid any fraying issues.

My cover for the tent on top of the Adventure Trailer has a ratchet strap built into the cover. I thought that was a pretty good idea, similar to what you've got going on with that...
