RRC Seats - Sable

Is anyone hoarding sable leather for an RRC? Please say yes and stop me from buying a whole truck for seats ...

Just remember that the 95 seats are different from the other years.
If you have not seen the Wet Okole group buy, check it out... might be your best option.

Thank you, Kevin. This is for a 94 LWB I picked up. Super solid truck ... with a super vile interior. I will definitely look into the Wet Okole group buy.

Is Sable the light brown/tan? I have a set from but not sure if it's the color you are looking for.

ISTR that for NAS 95 RRCs, seat colors were only Sorrel and Light Stone. Sable was available in 94s and earlier.

Sable is very dark brown. It's what I put in mine. Best color.

Like Bill said, sable is the dark brown. Sorrel is the light beige. The '94s had lighter Sorrel than the previous years.

From RangerRover.net 1994 interior info... "Available County SWB Model Interior Color: All County SWB models had Sorrell Beige (BJ) Connolly leather (in a color lighter than last years Sorrell Tan)

Available County LWB Model Interior Colors: Sorrell Beige (BJ) Connolly leather (with Alpine White, Mosswood, and Plymouth Blue paint), Dark Sable Connolly leather (with Beluga Black and Montpellier paint) and Light Stone Connolly leather (with Brooklands Green and Cornish Cream paint) "

Lightstone and Sable was used on just the 94 and 95 I think, with the 95 seats being a different design than previous.
Actual Connolly Leather is NLA since Connolly went out of business. You can get products to re dye the seats and rejuvenate the leather. I use products from leatherique.com which is about the best stuff out there for leather care.

Actually, Connolly appears to be back in biz, but not to the extent as before http://connollybros.co.uk/vaumol.html

David, I have a friend that I sold my sable seats to a couple of years ago. I know he was ready to sell them a few weeks ago since he wrecked his truck. They were in excellent condition. I'll let him know you are looking for a set. They were removed from the 1994 LWB that I scrapped. We're in Colorado.

Also, I still have a few other Sable interior parts floating around in the garage for doors etc.. and seat belts if interested.

Thank you so much, Andy. I appreciate the reply. I ended up doing exactly what I didn't want to do and bought (another) truck for the interior. I'll have some interesting sable pieces and quality interior bits available in the not-too-distant future that I'll be sure to post here.

Do you have a rear interior door pull handle for right rear from your parts truck? The big one you pull to close the door.

Ok, I looked and no longer have any of the parts you're looking for. It looks like I have the fabric inserts for the door panels, map holders, steering wheel, front seat belts and some other small things. Everything fits into a medium sized box.

Check out these survivors I found from a '93 Sable Edition. Thanks to everyone for their help.

Those look great! Love that color! You know you've got it bad once parts start migrating into the house
