Rear Loadspace mat

Wanted, like new rear mat for D-90. No tears, rips, or holes desired just some armor all and elbow grease to look new...just can't stomach paying $266 for a new one. Let me know what you may have. Thanks!

i just priced one at Landroverpartscheap.com for $159. I've never ordered from that website but it says that all parts are genuine. I plan on placing an order here shortly. might be worth checking out

Make sure you do it on a CC with some buyer protection.

Called the number and it turns out it is the parts website store for Lakeside Jag/LR dealer in Macomb Michigan. Might be a good source for decent prices on Genuine parts. I'll be the guinea pig I guess....

Hell if it is an OEM part I am right behind you. Rovers North is $266 with shipping out the door.

The item you linked is actually listed as a "carpet" but I'm curious if the one labeled as a "rubber mat" is the genuine rear loadspace mat.

That's the part I meant, the rubber mat. I will call them tomorrow and find out more details.

Make sure it's the one that wraps over the rear wheel wells if that's what you're looking for. The flat mat that only covers the inner section of the rear loadspace is much more common

I didn't even notice that, maybe that's the reason these other sites are cheaper as they don't wrap over the wheel wells...good eyes Josh.

I used the same part number as AB's (genuine) and got a quote of $186.66 shipped. Guy said 3-6 days to my door. Part Number STC4629, genuine.

So the one you bought covers the entire rear area including the rear wheel wells? Do let me know when you get it. Thanks man

I got the that one from AB a few years back. Genuine and it's falling apart. Ripping on the recesses on the sides up the wheel wells. Maybe I just got a lemon. Good luck.

Yeah, it is the one that covers the wheel wells that are for the STs. I planned on cutting it up to fit my SW on top of soundproofing and Dynamat. The only concern I had was the durability as mjekogian pointed out, which I guess is common with these mats. A lot of folks recommend going a different route unless you don't use the loadspace for hauling much.

Yeah mine is starting to rip a little. I had planned on getting some of that super adhesive roofing material and putting it on the back side of the mat at the seams, but I never did it. I think it'll at least help keep it together (and from ripping further) once it starts to rip, but I don't know if it'll help prevent it from ripping in the first place.

I have had NO issues. Just make sure to use the glue strip and secure it.

I did get a NOS from westchester and it was all mangle when i got it and all dried out.

i think the AB's are a fresh run

Mine is from AB, about the same time frame, also ripping. I think they have (had) a shitty vendor making them. Genuine stuff, but crap. My original one lasted 16 years without ripping and this one lasted less than 16 months.
