Rear bench seat belts.

PO says he never had the center belts for the bench (shoulder belts are installed, go figure). Anyway, I need a set so I can reinstall the rear bench.

Please email me at scott.yates@gmail.com . Need as soon as possible.
Thanks,
Scott

It appears that the bracket that holds the two center belt receptacles between the inward facing jumpseats is the same one that holds the receptacles for the forward facing bench - the only difference I think is length.

Since inward-facing parts are easier to source, perhaps you would be successful by simply buying one of the inward facing pieces and having them lengthened by Ssnake-oyl (a seat belt refurb company).

Hey Scott you can use Range Rover classic front seat belts and the "Y" strap front the rear seat.....It cheap and really easy to find....The only problem is that the "Y" belt is about 2 to 3 inches shorter than the D90, but you can still buckle it.....I'm using this same setup in my 90 now....Good Luck....KG

Thanks for the suggestions. I have been looking but have been unable to find the suggested vehicle in the area so I am still looking.

If you can help, please email me at scott.yates@gmail.com

Scott,

I believe the part you are looking for is STC3178 "Center Seat Belt Rear Assembly" -- I sourced one form Stephen Peters here on the forum and was quoted $210.00 . I passed, because I was able to live with mine in it's slightly damaged condition. Check this thread, and drop him a line.

I am hoping to find one of you single guys that is pulling the rear seat anyway. I am considering pulling the rear belts from a Jeep CJ if I can't locate something suitable soon.

Still looking. $210 is a bit more than I wanted to spend. I will go that way if I don't here something soon.

Scott, the Y belt from a disco works too. Also a few inches short, but still workable. Try Will Tillery if you can't get them local. He can get them for you cheap.

Charles,
I tried using a search for Will Tillery and could not find any matches. Do you have contact information for him?
