Radiator for 2.5TD

I just purchased a 1988 D90 with the 2.5TD engine and as it turns out, I need a new radiator. Looks like England was a bit too harsh on this one. If anyone has a new or used (in good shape) radiator for the 2.5TD laying around, let me know ASAP! This thing won't be moving anywhere until I can locate one.

Thanks!

Which side are the hoses on? I have a radiator that I was going to use in the 109 project but is configured wrong for my needs. It has the bottom hose on the left. If yours is that way, then you may want to try mine. It's a known-good all brass one.

On mine the bottom hose is on the right along with two oil line connections. The top hose is on the right. Darn!

You might try lrseries in the UK. You should be able to pick up a new one for about $200 shipped to your door. It will be Britpart, aluminum core with plastic tanks, but I've had one of those for a couple of years now and I'm happy with it.

I'd give, you mine, but the fins are crumbling....try contacting Trevor - he can get all the ROW stuff and doesn't steal all of your $$$. http://www.rovahfarm.com/

Otherwise, Dave has been really good to me...i am installing a 300tdi to replace my 2.5 TD (19j) and may be able to import something...or have something in stock. http://www.urbanlandcruisers.com/sho...na2-5td-esr76/

I want to thank you all for the quick and informative replies. I ended up just purchasing a new radiator off of island-4x4.com and I was very impressed with their service. It ended up costing $351.77 for a brand new radiator shipped to my house in the USA. Only took 3 days to get here from the UK!

Anyways, now my Defender is up and running great. Thanks again!
