Yea, As far as I know they are NLA. You use to be able to find them in the UK but for some reason they are all gone now. I used one on the SW build and If i had known I would have made a template.

I hesitate to post this, but I have a new R380 seatbox, painted for a project, but never even test fitted. Also have a brand new galv diaphram (piece that attaches to bulkhead). However, I do not have an extra tunnel- could be coaxed out of one of the two i have, but would have to create an alternative. Feel free to PM as I am not sure an appropriate price....

Dale - willing to loan out one of your tunnel covers (need one in perfect condition) as we are making reproductions and the one we used for the test was based off a damaged cover… Same for the conversion side - I have one that was used on a truck but would love to pattern an unused one.

When I lived in Germany I bought this kit, SBCK100 Conversion Kit LT77 TO R380 Seat box. From Keith Gott in the UK. www.keithgott.co.uk I still have the invoice, it's dated 2012 they might have some still. I had bought a lot of parts from them. I hope this helps.

In my build we modified a lt77seat box to match the r380 tunnel. I was able to get a genuine tunnel and think that junkyarddog can fabricate a replica for you.

I have a R380 seat box that I took the steel out of for galvy. If you have a LT77 box I would do a trade. Shipping back and forth might get pricy so if you want just the front R380 cut out that might be cheaper/easier.

Kieth Gott does not have any of the conversion kits. Gone for a couple years he said.

These shouldn't be a problem to have made..either in fibreglass or injection molded plastic.. Just need a template..who was the original manufacturer..??? Companies rarely get rid of casting molds..

This is the flange we made up so the LT77 seat box would connect to the R380 tunnel.
