Just pay a few bucks and get the ones that George has for sale (RDS).

I am hoping to find a set. The one guy I know with a tube bender could not make the piece. I do appreciate them though.

They are too long.

Ron,

Can't you use the standard SW ones and not use the those intermediate tubes (the straight ext. ones). If the A pillars are the same... this should work... right? I guess it won't give a perfectly genuine POE look.

I just PMed you. On a 1995 the front cage is too long to just bolt on SW ones because it does not have the intermediate pieces like on a 1994.

I'm going to go ahead and have a sample set fabricated from the drawing to satisfy my curiousity...
Joe, the standard SW cage ends are too long but do work if you cut them down to size, that's what i did with an otherwise trashed front SW cage...its then identical to the POE look.

Once I get my shop together I'll give it a shot. I'll be needing a set for myself at somepoint

What's wrong with sizing down the one's George has? They need to be painted black anyway, and I think they'd only have to be shortened to fit - so its just a simple cut.

I just looked at RDS and saw that he's got them priced at $250 each which is a decent price...they are substantially more from LR dealers..and that's exactly how its done...cut em down and you've got front cage ends for a ST to POE conversion...
